some idiots think you need more protein when you train less to preserve muscle

this is Low IQ if you're one of these people consider killing yourself you're too fucking dumb

if you don't train 100 grams protein / day is enough

if you train i go for about 100 grams of protein at just the time of workout plus 200 grams per day for the next 2 days ...

of course my workouts are Olympic Lifting and Butterly. your workout is basically like a rest day - not sure why you even bother going to gym. faggot.

Are you trying to grow muscle?

I find regular gym to be too dull. I prefer climbing gyms.

i was benching 400 lbs 20 years ago, so no i am not trying to put on muscle. i had all the muscle i needed 20 years ago. i lost about half of it since then but, still have enough.

i just like to be awesome - it's my thing.

You will if you ingest steroids. That's the key element for muscle growth.

steroids - 40%

growth hormone, insulin, IGF-1 - 20%

genetics - 20%

diet and training - 20%

for strength ( as opposed to size ) something else becomes a factor - your MIND

i was able to outlift everybody due to superiority of my mind. we were all on steroids, but i was still stronger.

for things like Olympic Lifting and Butterfly mind altogether vaults to number 1 factor in the equation, which is why this is how i train now.

why compete with others on something they all can do ( take drugs ). i choose to compete on something only i can do ( use my mind ).
