if you don't train 100 grams protein / day is enough
if you train i go for about 100 grams of protein at just the time of workout plus 200 grams per day for the next 2 days ...
of course my workouts are Olympic Lifting and Butterly. your workout is basically like a rest day - not sure why you even bother going to gym. faggot.
