I have a full spectrum light panel blasting at me right now for those gray NW winter days. And a bottle of 5000iu D3. But when the sun comes, Im out there looking at it.
I searched for fullspectrum LED, and bought one of the photography light panels that came up, after reading about it. You can plug it in, but its also battery powered so i can move it around. which i do.
