The endgame is bitcoin replacing the dollar entirely. ‘Strategic reserve’ is just normie friendly language for ‘we’re front-running the inevitable monetary revolution.’

Nope. Crypto disclosure rules are basically nonexistent for most officials. Only some senior positions have limited reporting requirements, and enforcement is a joke. They’re front running retail with zero transparency
