Is this on a personal server or Alby hosting?

Can't host alby (except the browser extension maybe) on a personal server without an alby account and a bunch of their infrastructure unfortunately.

Alby seems to be having some issues today. I logged in to my custodial wallet in zeus a few minutes ago and it showed over 25 million sats balance.

I assure you a quarter coin is not "pocket change to leave in a custodial wallet" by my standard.

I haven't used Alby Hub yet, but have it in my list to play around with soon. I don't mind trying to recover your sats. I've done this for several people over the past couple of years.

As you know if somebody wants help we’re there. if somebody just wants to complain and scream then there is not much we can do I guess.

Alby Hub is beta, but I promise you you can unlock the hub and if issues are found we’re quick in fixing it. We also love any feedback to make this better.

We build on open protocols. You could always use Alby Extension without Alby Account (so email, etc) and with us not knowing anything about you. The same will be soon possible with Alby Hub.

We literally just release open source, self-custodial wallet. You can fork it today and get rid of Alby Accounts if you want, instead of complaining
