It's not that I lack empathy for the poor, homeless and disadvantaged in our society.
It's that spending my tax dollars on war generates more GDP than social programs and in this economy, what we really need is more GDP.

Instead of making sure the citizens of your country are safe, employed & housed, it makes way more sense to make your enemies people homeless, destitute or dead. It's just good economics.

I was thinking more like offering tax deductions for charitable donation, then strictly regulating the organizations, as to increase their employment costs to tax the wages. But your idea sounds simpler. 😂
