It is a great feeling, I keep it that way with “Getting Things Done” methodology. It’s an even better feeling when other people see your inbox and can’t comprehend it being empty

i haven't checked my email ( of any kind ) in years. and my phone has been on silent for years as well.
when i have recently out of space in Gmail i didn't clean shit - just upgraded to bigger data plan.
Life hack: Mark all emails read and delete. The sender will send a new one if it’s important.

I have like 18/20gb of my gmail space full and it has about 18 years of history. I need to delete them but I sort of want to back them up.
Definitely not at inbox 0, I use my email like an RSS feed so I have like 50k unread emails

I have that every day on pro + personal, keeps my mind at ease. Not saying that I act on every email but they don't just sit in my inbox for me to see every time I open it. I use the "snooze" function a lot as reminder or for when a task need to be acted upon
