A ton of privacy improvements have been done to the p2p network in the last few year

I wrote protocol-level

Taproot, all the p2p improvements

p2p is network level

I'll give you taproot, although it was without CISA, and the privacy improvement is still marginal, it doesn't really make CA lose any sleep.

If no authority is going after it, then one could doubt it’s enough
