I don't own a shotgun. But, I was considering polishing my 6.5 Creedmoor on the kitchen table as he walked in😁. He'll be here any minute actually.

It's great, but it is picky. You can't really just pick up a rifle and slam whatever ammo into it and go shoot. You gotta do work and many people are too lazy for that or don't know how.

The other issue is that most places I'm around can't really utilize the superior ballistics over stuff like 308. 200yds is a very long shot while hunting here.

I usually go field hunting. Lots of deer and no trees to get in the way.
There's not a lot of land around here like that. Great if you can do that, though.
Not really. Almost all my stuff is set up defensively.
