I don't own a shotgun. But, I was considering polishing my 6.5 Creedmoor on the kitchen table as he walked in😁. He'll be here any minute actually.

That might be acceptable... But shotguns are tradition, man! 😎

That is true! There's actually a gun shop not far from my house that has a sweet looking M4 Tactical with a nice little reflex sight. You own a shotty?

Several.

I'm a Mossberg guy.

The M4 is really sweet! It's hard to beat that. 😁

Lol not many like the 6.5 Creedmoor. Why?

Great round for deer hunting.

It's great, but it is picky. You can't really just pick up a rifle and slam whatever ammo into it and go shoot. You gotta do work and many people are too lazy for that or don't know how.

😁Well, they gotta learn how. 6.5 is great for long range on a windy day.

I bet.

The other issue is that most places I'm around can't really utilize the superior ballistics over stuff like 308. 200yds is a very long shot while hunting here.

You must own a mid-range rifle than.

I usually go field hunting. Lots of deer and no trees to get in the way.

There's not a lot of land around here like that. Great if you can do that, though.

Not really. Almost all my stuff is set up defensively.

A bunch of shorty's ain't bad, man. But, you need something to prevent the feds from getting that close.

LOL I mean shottys*

I might get locked up for a bunch of short shotties... 😁

I won't see them coming from very far. Likely I'll be asleep, but, there's always something within reach, just in case.

My arsenal: four 9s, a .308, and a 6.5 Creedmoor.

A 12 gauge slug definitely needs to be added.

That's definitely a good start!
