When you have trouble getting out of bed, tell yourself: I have to go to work — as a human being. What do I have to complain of, if I’m going to do what I was born for — the things I was brought into the world to do? Or is this what I was created for? To huddle under the blankets and stay warm?” — Marcus Aurelius
Even thousands of years ago, the Roman emperor, Marcus Aurelius, struggled to get out of bed. He had to remind himself that it was better to get up than to stay under the covers
The troubles are not because of leaving the bed, but more because of the ones I encountered after I woke up, and before I take my first coffee 😅..
To much used to live alone, and when this thing changes, I still struggle to adapt and not get affected, but I am working on it 🍀💜
