7 superfoods with a very bad reputation.

But you should eat them for your own good.

• If you choose lean cuts and quality meat, it's top-notch

• Grass-fed beef is my favorite

• Protein, iron, zinc, B12

• The problem isn't the meat, it's the junk you eat with it

Everything is bad for you in high quantities. In small quantities almost anything can be healthy.

The only 2 things I have to say about this article is that milk is not meant for adults. Processed milk or raw milk both not meant for adults. Milk is only meant to be drank as babies. The milk industry has brainwashed billions into drinking milk past infancy. Our bodies are not mean to break down milk as adults and even teenagers and children. Only babies can break it down.

As for the eggs. Eggs are good but I always cook the yellow part because there is a tiny chance of salmonella

And told you this lie about milk? People have drank milk for thousands of years. And its wasnt cuz of Big Milk. But that you think salmonella is actually a concern with eggs says all I need to know. I drink raw milk and eat raw eggs all the time. And can guarantee my health is not compromised by either. Milk isnt the problem. Source, diet and pasteurization are. Yolks are not the problem, source and diet are.

This "milk is not for adults" thing is bs, unless you are lactose intolerant or allergic to caseine there is no reason not to drink it. Pasteurization, contrary to what a lot of people seem to believe doesn't involve adding chemicals or anything like that, it's literally just heating it up to kill dangerous bacteria, again there is no reason not to do it.

Pasteurization kills everything beneficial, particularly lactase (the enzyme that helps break down dairy), hence lactose intolerance in many. Nobody thinks pasteurization involves adding chemicals. I drink raw milk all the time, for many many many years. WHy am I still alive if there is anything harmful about it?
