Depends on the gains used to bake the bread

Yes the ones we used for 10,000 years to make bread.

That's bread and you can still get it if you don't shop at Walmart and get wonder bread.

Most of the grains used now are complete trash, you’re better off not even eating them if you can only get bread made from shitty grains, on the other hand if you can get bread or make your own the quality grains you’ll see a huge difference

From an ingredients standpoint, the bread they feed you in the USA is quite a lot different than the bread people have been eating for thousands of years.

Also good luck finding bread in USA not contaminated with seed oils

People have been eating bread for more than 10,000 years, and now, in less than a decade, it seems like everyone is suddenly allergic to glyphosate

There's a goodly percentage of US wheat that is dessicated before harvest with glyphosate. The practice became common/recommended in the last decade or two. Glyphosate kills a lot of the symbiotic microorganisms in the gut, including microorganisms that help digest the gluten proteins.

Everything the mainstream US food system does kills the symbiotic organisms needed to keep people, soil, and food healthy. the US food system paradigm is willing suicide.
