Yeah, I'm not feeling it. Humans have been doing grains for a very long time, we didn't just figure out crop domestication a few years back. Other environmental factors are at play here. I do think it is probably best to keep the hull and germ on the seed as often as possible instead of eating too much refined wheat. Also, mix up grains, there are many of them.
Most people died at like the age of 25. So, I suppose you didn't even get a chance to develop any reactions. IMO we just consumer too much that the body say "nah, i'm done"
Yeah, I can see that angle too. Some people can't seem to moderate their consumption of, well anything. I reckon all substances have a threshold of toxicity and there are probably varations in that threshold based on different physiologies. Finding balance in life is a bit of a journey.
