Why do some women get boob jobs, ass jobs, and botox? To hold on to their youth for as long as they can instead of gracefully leaning into getting older gracefully.
Sometimes men like women do their beat to hold onto their youth and not do the decisions that would benefit their looks the most. It is admitting to yourself that my hair days are gone. Never realizing that they still have the ability to look beautiful by being their natural selves.
If men are going bald and it is looking awkward then shave it off and be proud of it. If you are a woman who is showing signs of ageing do not cover yourself up in makeup, or visit the plastic surgeon for a tuneup.
Beauty fades. Our inner beauty can always shine as long as we radiate awesomeness. The person we saw in the mirror yesterday will always be a little younger than today. It is how we see ourselves in the mirror and not judge a work in progress. For if we are lucky it will all eventually be old, but when we are kind to ourselves our spirit can be forever young in our smiles.
