IT IS A COMBINATION OF EXCHANGE WALLETS, SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUALS, AND LOST COIN.

AS PURCHASING POWER INCREASES SO SHOULD DISTRIBUTION SINCE BITCOIN WEALTHY CANNOT PRINT MORE BITCOIN AND WILL SPEND BITCOIN ON THINGS THEY NEED.

They will borrow dollars against their bitcoin for as long as possible. Distribution is going to take a while
