Does anyone have any experience with the bitbox?

Don't like the Touchscreen. Would go for the Jade instead.

That's funny I actually like the touch interface on the sides. I'll admit it was a bit jarring at first but after a short while i grew really comfortable with it. Also a fan of Jade so wouldn't argue against it either.

Is the lack of a secure element on the Jade Wallet a concern

I'd go for another hardware wallet.

I like Coinkite's products.

But hey, You get to decide.

Coldcard is like the OG hardware wallet 🤣

NFC on the mk4 has made a huge difference in how much I go to it and in what way I use it. I need to commit to exploring tapsigner setups more seriously. I've got 2 new ones that should be here any day now

$50 NFC reader on Amazon works for PC:

I have a tapsigner but cannot get myself to switch to NFC. It feels unsafe and bothers me I need a made in China reader to use on my desktop. Having my seed in a card and touching it to devices connected to Internet just feels dangerous. I like seedsigner and feel safer with QR.

Don't like it. User experience is bad imo.

What would you like to know? 😁

Any wallet choice is going to be a compromise between security and ease of use. With cold card on one end and ledger on the other, the bitbox looks like a happy medium.

I like that it can just plug into the side of the computer but no iPhone support is a issue. Desktop only to send out is fine but is there a mobile solution to receive and see balance?

I didn’t know if there was a mobile wallet available that can generate wallet addresses for it.
