Have been sprayed by a skunk before?
I've killed 10, they usually spray when I get close. I protect myself with a tarp.

Set up a cage trap with trap door facing den entry.
Put plastic on the long sides & top.
Once animal is in trap approach trap slowly from the side whistling a tune.
Put trap in bigger cooler.
Now you can move with out getting sprayed.
Fill a large garbage can up with water, open cooler & drop trap in water wait 2 days before removing trap.
Repeat process till all animals are gone.
God speed then.
I made friends with the ones near me. Theyre social animals once they trust you a bit. Scary to get sprayed though.
Toss a couple handfuls of mothballs under there. The skunks won’t stay long.
