This is the preparation of the first meal. And it's the only meal I cook myself regularly. It's stir-fried beef. Seasoned only with pink salt, it is very delicious.
I want to try this, but chickens fed soy screw with my GI and it's unfortunately hard to find soy-free eggs around here. Otherwise, I'd probably eat 12 raw eggs/day!
