😆- I love meditating and breath work - helps with my anxiety - but I can see it being weird in a room full of people 🤣

See one of my friends is a breathwork instructor and I’d really love to try it for my anxiety but I just can’t do it!!!! Like even if I do it I feel dumb lol I FEEL DUMB BREATHING

I felt like that at first - there is one called the lion breath and you stick out your tongue 😛 🦁 it feels so ridiculous 😆 but breath work really works. Get past the part of feeling dumb! Who cares what anyone thinks - do it and see how you feel. Also there are tons of videos on YouTube - if you feel dumb just do it by yourself at first - no one in the room but you 😉
