🥸 Drive through the legs.. Even if you don't care about the weight, it will save your shoulders some stress. Shoulders back and down and butt cheeks tight.

I have a quad tendon issue on my right knee so it's hard for me to drive through legs a bit 😭

Why don't you use a weight where you can go down to your chest?

Bench press is so fun! I haven't done it in awhile.

My coach said only to go to 90 degrees 🤷🏼‍♀️
