Day 3 of experimenting with 20/4 intermittent fasting with one large main meal at noon and then some cheese and almond snacking around 4pm.

OMG I've never been this deep into ketosis!

The evening and morning aren't bad, but the stretch to noon gets rougher. Not crazy-hungry, but just feeling drained and irritable (poor @npub1kumadawgefxjt2c293whsan5sfmdg5tylm0uk39enc6uxxfy5m4scrz2v7 !).

Gonna go back to 16/8 w/two meals.

Sorry haven't been tracking what you've been doing but have you tried MCT and coffee in the morning?

Or bullion cubes in hot water you can drink as something to help tide over and get some sodium.

I technically break my fast in the AM with coffee + a teaspoon of coconut oil.

Maybe adding a pad of butter as well or trying MCT (even though not really sure if it would be much different than the coconut oil) but maybe a bit more fat would make it easier to get to noon
