The lack of algorithms make propoganda easy to identify & avoid.
Propaganda makes use of individuals as relays (repeaters/reporters) to disseminate the noise.
Nostr allows you to tune in to divergent sources & hence expand our consciousness rather than coalesce around a lie.
Idk, but 90% of my feed is propaganda: of nostr, bitcoin, antigovt, antitaxes and āus is badā, āits not so obvious with rusia/iranā and āoutbox model is the only path for nostrā

Maybe you should spend some time curating who you're following.
Cull some noise & add a little signal.
Sometimes I get the greatest value from notes posted by npubs I generally don't agree with.
I was trying to do it for a year or so and I gave up. I donāt think manual curation on social network (if we donāt call family/friends groups a social network ofc) is viable.
Today nostr is an echo chamber and only people who love this topic praise it. Do you mind to show active authors here you disagree with? Somebody saying nostr is shit, or US doing everything right or ETH >>> BTC or that palestine must not be free?
