This was an excellent book. both a little too late and a little too early, but overall much too ignored!

This venn diagram is stressing me out. Things like this is what makes you such a great leader and why so many people clamor to work for you. Obviously, we should all strive for yellow but that’s not always possible. I feel like if I ever find myself in the green or orange camp than it’s longer my team or more likely it never was my team citing a shift in ideals. For me, it’s yellow or nothing. Ideally.☀️💖
