Gotcha. Is it easier to focus on triage or do you try to discuss wellness whenever possible? I think I already know the answer, and if so, do you think you will still be doing that in twenty years?

Folks that are sick enough to meet me should’ve had the wellness discussion a long time ago (and probably did…multiple times), but I still try. I only work in the acute/critical setting though.
20 years? Not a chance I’ll be doing this in 20 years. Goal is to be out in <10 and do this for fun/free thereafter 🤞.
Sounds like an awesome plan. I sure wish people would listen, but I’m sure I’m ignorantly marching toward some ICU somewhere clueless about my current choices. What we don’t know eh?
