Gotcha. Is it easier to focus on triage or do you try to discuss wellness whenever possible? I think I already know the answer, and if so, do you think you will still be doing that in twenty years?

Folks that are sick enough to meet me shouldā€™ve had the wellness discussion a long time ago (and probably didā€¦multiple times), but I still try. I only work in the acute/critical setting though.

20 years? Not a chance Iā€™ll be doing this in 20 years. Goal is to be out in <10 and do this for fun/free thereafter šŸ¤ž.

Sounds like an awesome plan. I sure wish people would listen, but Iā€™m sure Iā€™m ignorantly marching toward some ICU somewhere clueless about my current choices. What we donā€™t know eh?
