I can attest to this 100% especially as a sole worker/owner. It's stupid easy to go overboard and do too much that is too hard to sustain for the long term. Keep it smaller and scale gradually. Unless you have a ready and waiting market and work force...
Exactly, you can always go bigger & you'll have a better vision of what you actually want.
