I used to lucid dream all the time as a teenager, but i stopped. When i don’t try i don’t even remember any of my dreams.

I decided to try again and it was like riding a bike. I journaled 5 distinct dreams last night. No lucidity but i haven’t tried reality testing yet.

I picked up the latest book on lucid dreaming to see if there have been any advancements. I learned that the reality test i was using as a kid is considered unreliable (looking at your hands). Also read that the dream stabilization trick i used (spinning) was still recommended, neat.

What kind of stuff do you dream about (if not too personal)

I am on a journey to try and start remembering my dreams again, it's something I purposefully stopped doing when I was younger because they were so scary and confusing. It's still quite hard for me to do though.

The most common theme of my dreams is there is some injustice happening and i am angry/trying to fix it.

Even last night i had a dream with my son elliott and we were visiting his favourite youtuber. But the whole time he was being rude to us like we were an annoyance, and it pissed me off since i could tell my son was upset.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, I guess even in our dreams 🫂
