I brewed it quickly on purpose (300 ml ran through in 2.5 minutes) because I wanted to achieve a lightness in the taste.

Actually, even though the coffee looks light, I brewed it at a 1:16.7 ratio, so there's plenty of caffeine in it.

This color is not only due to the quick pour but also because it's a washed Geisha, and I slightly lowered the water temperature to 96°C during blooming and even lower for subsequent pours.

Such coffee is definitely more flavorful when it cools down a bit. Probably around 60°C is when it tastes best.
