I am giving a talk at MIT about Nostr. Audience is mostly entrepreneur-oriented design/engineer students.
What should I cover?
I am thinking intro, arquitecture, event types, filter types, account management and nips. Ending which: why no Blockchain, no token: what will you create?

The attack model for relays vs centralized and mastodon type instances
Tell them how they will be able to easily integrate AI with nostr and post notes to decentralized relays for the drone swarms, whatever 😄
Tell them about the memes!
Remind them of the humble/ethical inception from #[2] being part of the reason it got funding help from #[3] 🙏🏾
tell them that, just as bitcoin breaks seigniorage by distributing those gains to holders, nostr breaks the network effect lockin by distributing the exponential growth benefits to the user/owners of the protocol, proportionally to the value they provide the network.
Maybe talk about possibilities with relays: paid ingress, paid subscriptions for niche/polemic content that would be blocked otherwise. Ex: independent investigative journalism (or Russian babes banned from Only Fans :P)

I'd have to spend some time talking about why we need technical solutions to political problems which eliminate centralized targets.
But maybe that already fits under architecture.
When the inevitable question about policing illicit content comes up, I'd say something about how I'm far less afraid of the freedom resulting from decentralization, than I am of the inevitable corruption of centralized authorities. And since central govt has overwhelmingly been the most murderous & destructive force in human history (& we now have clear evidence of govt censorship on major social networks) that seems like the most reasonable position to take.
Tell them how nostr solved the spam problem over a weekend while Twitter hasn't been able to solve it over a decade.
Tell them how nostr could enable companies to spend their advertisement dollars directly to customers instead of to tech giants.
Tell them how creators can offer VIP access and features to their audience based on zap contributions.
Tell them how they own their data and every client is now competing to be their favorite.
something should be included in there about the future of coding being an open source thing to help save humanity, versus expecting to get hired at a fancy job right away and work it forever.
something about being agile, and looing for greater common good projects to join and contribute code time to, that will have a positive and long lasting social impact, versus things that they think may get them rich.

Whatever you do, please inspire them to build things like you have done here. People need less of the content and more of the YOUnique stuff that only you can provide

Don't forget to cover the emergent result of the architecture:
Own your identity (and community) - move freely between clients and relays without losing history or connections.
Own your data - distribute it to relays as you like, for redundancy and censorship resistance.
Not just Twitter - any text based social messaging thing can be built. Forums, Chat rooms, Reddit, Blogs
