sorry for "half-answering" your question but Njalla accepts on-chain tx for domains, servers, vpn, etc. Founded by Peter Sunde, the founder of The Pirate Bay. It does not yet have lightning support yet though.

Heard of it, yes. Terrible reviews as a domain registrar, not sure how reliable that is because we can't weboftrust it!
Lots of these accept on-chain, I really mean Lightning. Ecash is fine too
Where do you read these reviews? I've used it for many years by now and never had any problems with it. I'd be surprised if you find anyone that accepts ecash atm.
