On the fence on raw milk. I donโ€™t believe we need it. But itโ€™s a good substitute for other things people think they need, such as coffee.

Sun, salt water, and meat in my experience cover all needs.

my addiction is chocolate.

i only use coffee as laxative.

quit alcohol after having my face broken in a bar.

Interesting to think about what we let us control us.

I love chocolate ! Not giving that up!

I am limiting my sweet tooth to two days a week. But I have one for sure. My favorite desert these days is chocolate lasagna w noodles made from chocolate. If you like chocolate, I highly recommend trying if.

i eat about half a pound of chocolate per day. if i go for more than 2 or 3 hours without at least half a bar of chocolate i start to feel an oppressive emptiness. i can't enjoy myself unless i have chocolate first. it is not about "sweet tooth" ... i don't really eat sweets and when i do i don't enjoy them. i find sweets nauseating but chocolate ( in the right dose ) feels like sex. coffee by comparison feels like garbage. coffee to chocolate is like rubbing alcohol to grey goose.

Chocolate produces the same chemical in the brain that is produced when a person is in love. Iโ€™m a love junkie ๐Ÿ˜ฌ so I can relate. It feels awesome.

Watch out for a sweet tooth cross addiction. Sugar is powerful.

Sun โ˜€๏ธ is a must!

No vegetables?

Plants do not have over 15 micronutrients.

What about decaffeinated coffee?โ˜•

I ๐Ÿ’– raw milk and milk products

Fruit and vegetables are pretty great, too. Also, consumer grade baked goods may suck, but there's nothing quite so wonderful as baking yourself some bread or any one of the millions of alchemical treats you can produce from that amazing, magical invention known as the oven.

Everything in moderation, as they say

Around 90% my food is vegetarian, a little meat, and 2-3 days per month for fish. And I feel good until now.

90%? You must have horrendous gas. No?

I donโ€™t know๐Ÿ˜‚

Agree you can be healthy on meat, salt, and water. Look at Dr. Shawn Baker, after all.

Still: raw milk is restorative for many issues folks develop in the West, so I think it has a place in healing since people are inundated with problems from bad diet and environment.

Raw milk is good for the gut, teeth/bones, insulin resistance, autoimmune, and inflammation. Even resolves lactose intolerance.

My household consumes tons of Jersey A2 milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir, and colostrum by way of getrawmilk(.)com.

I used to drink it a lot.

Try raw goat milk. Much better.

Goat milk is A2. I like it alot. Too "cheesy" for the wife. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Just donโ€™t belch

This is the whey! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Never liked raw milk โ€ฆ but FIBER??

+ leafy greens
