I’ve also got some nice 3-year Gouda cubes I’m trying to use up. Any suggestions on how to incorporate them into a meal of bison steak, mixed root veggie fries, and Central Coast Syrah?

You can grate it over the meat (before searching)and over the salad if the cheese is hard enough (never see a 3yr old gouda)

Some real old cheese! And it’s delicious. Reminiscent of aged Parmesan but a bit creamier and more nutty
