Pushing 3x. I’d say bump it up slowly and every once in a while, it doesn’t have to be a once and for all thing. Depending o whose talking or my interest level I lower the speed.

Breedlove, but sometimes I slow him down because I get into it. All your typical Bitcoin podcasts, the rabbit hole, bitcoin audible, bitcoin layer, citadel, Natalie Brunell. I usually listen on my morning runs and commute.
There’s so much great content I want to consume. It’s something I worked up to from 1.5-2-2.25-2.5-2.75. It can be done. I just want to sound like a chipmunk IRL from listening to that. If I do I’ll slow it down.
I listen to podcasts at 2.5x and Audible books at 3.0x
Audible at 3.0 is fairly easy since they're professionally read books. I've struggled a bit with getting podcasts to 3.0 consistently since hosts and guest all talk at variable speeds and various accents.
It really depends. There are some slow talkers who need a 2.5x and then there are people who will make your head explode with Information if you go over 1.5x
