Dude is alive although cognitively in another dimension. His olfactory senses went to hell years ago.

I involuntarily rip ass. It was foul. Thankfully we’re alone for a moment until the freshly graduated nurse walks in.

RN: 🤢 “Oh…oh my goodness. Do you think we should order some stool testing on him, doctor?”

Patient: 👀

Me: 🤔 “It’s a good thought. Let me review his chart and get back to you.”

(I quickly leave the room)
