I have it on good authority that some people use the same static email address their entire life. And some donβt even update their passwords, nor add 2FA.

My number is beyond compd. Itβs time for a new one or none altogether
updating your password is how you start forgetting your passwords 
Those things are sticky cause they get stored everywhere, then it's hard to change all of them. Cybersecurity isn't secure at all.
Email sucks
An email is basically a public identity π«, makes sense people doesn't want to change its adress constantly, at least once you are an adult.

I just had an argument with my teenage daughter that saving passwords in Apple isn't a good idea.
I save some - depending on what it is. Not sensitive stuff.
We've observed that some people / organisations are storing sensitive emails, and even documents, on gmail and google docs
