Ageism is so bad. I have seen it with my very own eyes so many times

Older folks get so uptight and pissed when a junior person brings out a good point or a fresh perspective and then they cuck over a terrible idea brought up by one of their peers

And then they wonder why innovation is stalling lol

Never let age get in the way of articulate reasoning, someone that is 20 years old can have an splendid idea just like a 60 year old
