I clicked Copy URL and it did not copy to clipboard outright, it did select text link within box and I then clicked copy.

iOS? It looks like it doesn’t and only selects it, but it does copy it, did for me
Just tried it again on iOS, it looks like it just selects it, but it copies it also, I’ll see if I can make it more clear, thanks for the feedback
Maybe change the button color once clicked? Also, url link only works if the site you’re directing to ends in .gif or .jpg. Some sites don’t link to their images like that (eg, imgflip(dot)com)
