If you have a non-KYC account with Alby, that would be a anonymously hosted wallet or anonymous custodian wallet. If you run your own wallet (Electrum, for example) that's un-hosted. In their views anyway
I think every Wallet/Mechanism without KYC falls under this jurisdiction. I hope I'm wrong tho.

Das macht keinen Sinn, oder? Richtig! Es ist absichtlich so wage formuliert, dass nun praktisch jeder kriminell ist, der irgendwie mit Bargeld handelt oder Bitcoin Überweisungen tätigt.

*anonymous wallets* which means you can still self-host buy you need to kyc that wallet with exchanges if you want to use them. Also zaps to anonymous wallets might be illegal now
