It’s not free speech they care about. they ignore whatever does not appear to be a threat to their quest for power, and slander whatever is. If they thought the first amendment would help get them power, they would be it’s greatest champions.

Power is the only law to them.

by then nostr will have to have some form of spam / bot protection implemented, that will be a real challenge to not overfilter / censor while keeping free speech and decentralization.
