I'm seeing conflicting views on whether XRP is considered a security or not. I don't think it's cut and dry that it's been ruled it's not.

Ripple was classified as a security. Ripple on secondary markets IE exchanges was not classified as a security. Whatever it may be doesn’t matter IMO, but that is the ruling for how I understand it.

That’s how I interpreted it. A lot of shitcoiners (and some bitcoiners) think otherwise
