I hope that's not real wood. Real wood is so uncommon these days it's tragic to see it ruined.
But it's your table so I'll pipe down :) carry on with the art!

Was my (ex)girlfriend's. I honestly thought this was my old art table, so I happily painted here. Boy did I catch heck!

Real wood is so rare these days. Everything is garbage polyester resin glued together sawdust with offgassing polyamides and such similar toxic garbage.
Anyhow, not gonna hurt any more to keep using it, maybe someday you will scrape and sand it back and make it nice again :D Or maybe the world will end.
