Bang spot on this one.

Some things about this post:

1. Incorrect

2. Retarded

3. Dishonest

I don't know. It seems like the old rules can all change soon because of AI and stuff.

The only simple truth when you boil it down seems like socialism is just a band-aid for capitalism gone wrong (when some people hoarding land and other wealth make other people poor)

Let's define our terms.

socialism

Socialism is an economic and political philosophy characterized by the collective or public ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange, as opposed to private ownership.

Collective ownership is a myth. It literally can not exist.

We had collective ownership before people started hoarding shit. How the fuck can you be this dumb

Poverty comes from only 4 places, 1. governments impeding wealth creation or 2. Inflation or 3. Governments seizing the means of productions or 4. War

Or to simplify it more, it only comes from 1 place: people who hoard land and other wealth while neglecting the survival and fair treatment of their fellow creatures

There is not a fixed supply wealth. It can be created by building things.

Building can also destroy wealth. It needs to be done carefully in order to create wealth.

But hoarding is what's created poverty so far - mainly people deciding a small group should own all the land in an area, which has now become the planetwide area with a global deep state

Christianity is a brainwashing cult for the scientifically illiterate.

And selfish 😭 ..

I say that ..cuz western socialism is totally driven by " what is in it for me " .. free healthcare .. free college .. free free free ..FOR me . ..

None gives an f where from all that money coming or who pays for it? .. too much cognitive load 😭😭

I am sure the concept " socialism" must have some virtues whenever or wherever it was invented .. I have no clue ..so can't comment ..

Socialism has always appealed to so many people (especially the young and disenfranchised) over the decades for a reason... because it appears to mimic the family unit (parent-child relationship).

It breaks down at any scale outside of a direct emotional connection .

Also, a violent façade for the economically literates.

And capitalism is just a violent religion preached to the masses to keep democracy from working.

Oh, voluntary trade is violence? I don’t think you know what the word “capitalism” means. And if you think the US has it, you definitely don’t know what it means.

Free markets don’t have central banks.

Capitalism is the illusion of free trade. It is a system of rule by a small group of capitalists. Compare that to the "majority" democracy attempts to achieve. Capitalism has only proliferated this century because of the state, its armies, its police, genocide, slavery and censorship.

I don't think you really know what "democracy" means either. At least I hope you don't...

I agree that UBI needs to replace socialism. But I also think it's naive to deny what motivates socialism. Wealth is too concentrated at the top. Even Milei will fail because the current model has failed.

I think Milei's only solution is going to be UBI for example (https://citizenlocke.substack.com/p/why-mileis-only-solution-will-be).

Something like UBI, Swiss democracy (direct democracy), Bitcoin. This stuff can work for everyone, left and right, rich and poor.

I believe this is the kind of systems that will make the nation state better in the long term.

Just saying socialism is bad is not going to be enough again... The masses will want change. And the masses are much more than the elites.

Jeeez
