Ostriches I have a dilemma with my financial decision. Put some cash into real estate (hassle with tenants) or Bitcoin in the long term. I know we should diversify, but I don't feel it though. Any thoughts?

Buy Gold,
Buy Bitcoin (amount depends of your funds, but never get a loan for it)
you can do it per week, per month: a small amount 20 dollar for example,
Some will say invest into a house/appartement (but you need to be agree to have an anvil and to be tide to your bank for 10 to 30 years depending of your funds)
