Wait, anyone who isn’t a Start9 CUSTOMER and hasn’t PAID Start9 because they used hardware purchased elsewhere and downloaded StartOS for FREE and benefitted even though they didn’t contribute their time or money to the StartOS development, they need to PAY for the time of a Start9 tech support employee to provide personalized support?
Shouldn’t the Start9 employee be forced to solve the problems of any DIY StartOS user? I mean, the tech support employee has the ability to help and the DIYer has the need. Uncle Karl wouldn’t approve of this… 🙄
