I don’t think it’s a coincidence that #Bitcoin Banks are worse than fiat banks at banking.
It’s just not meant to go together. We are not bankers.

It’s the problem of trying to apply fiat banking techniques to Bitcoin, which doesn’t even need a bank. You’re both right. Wallet software makers are the closest thing to a bank in bitcoin and switching wallets is usually very easy and doesn’t even require a transaction on the network.
