When I was younger I could easily rep out 10-20 or more and barely think about it.
But then came many years of neglect!
Since I’ve been in CR have been trying to get back into some kind of shape again, started out barely able to do 3-4 at a time, worked up to 5-6, and finally made it back to eking out 10 at time (on a good day!).
