Lol I was driving my dad somewhere and we passed a fire department station. He mentions that lack of diversity is a big problem in the fire department now.

Imagine you are a shop and you specialize in buying goods in bulk and selling them on but now your mandate is that you can't work alone because that would be 100% male, and you need to buy 50% of your stock from women owned businesses even though they overprice everything.
