Do 12 hour fasting like 10pm to 10am simultaneously so your sugar cravings will be overwritten by real hunger and you truly adjust your insulin levels π€

Best thing ever! It makes it much easier to control your weight. I eat low carb about 80% of time. I still eat berries, peaches, cantaloupe, and other low GI fruits. However, I rarely consume pasta, rice, bread, sweets, soda, etc.
I've played with both low carb, high fat & low fat, high carb over a few years.
I don't think sugar is evil or even bad.
There are no absolutes.
I think you need to find your own truth.
Yeah, totally agree that the best approach seems to be to try different things until you find what makes you feel best.
