Do 12 hour fasting like 10pm to 10am simultaneously so your sugar cravings will be overwritten by real hunger and you truly adjust your insulin levels πŸ€™

Interesting, yeah I’ll give that a try as well. Thanks! πŸ€™

Everything you eat is turned into sugar

Haha I guess in some form yes, but the way you consume it make a big difference I’d imagine.

Sure If you eat a whole bag of sugar in an afternoon πŸ˜†. Eat everything in moderation and exercise. That is the key if you want to lose weight.

Best thing ever! It makes it much easier to control your weight. I eat low carb about 80% of time. I still eat berries, peaches, cantaloupe, and other low GI fruits. However, I rarely consume pasta, rice, bread, sweets, soda, etc.

Awesome, I’m just stating but I’ve heard good things, specially with energy levels and focus.

Also planning on not being 100% strict later on.

Good luck!

I've played with both low carb, high fat & low fat, high carb over a few years.

I don't think sugar is evil or even bad.

There are no absolutes.

I think you need to find your own truth.

Yeah, totally agree that the best approach seems to be to try different things until you find what makes you feel best.

Super curious to hear how this goes for you.

You’re still eating fruit, though, no?

Yup, still having some fruits and some non processed carbs.

It’s going pretty good, def been feeling lighter and with better focus.
