I propose a NIP to help on board more people to nostr. The NIP should allow a npub who onboards another npub, to get a value split for the lifetime of the onboarded npub.
Why are we on boarding people and not getting paid? On boarding doesn't pay the bills!
This would encourage more people to take an active role in bringing people into nostr.
