I have applied for a few wildly different jobs in the last couple days & I never want to spend that much time saying nice things about myself again 😂

It’s funny how if we speak the truth about what we know, it’s look down upon. We have to lie to succeed. The world is backwards.
I think of it more an issue of humility vs hubris. If I am not a good candidate, it would be a waste of everyone's time if I lied or exaggerated. I'm usually the one hiring in my equations so I won't do that to others. The fine line between confidence & arrogance is one I try to avoid...widely when possible 😂
